Linda K. Harweger, 74, of Bloomington, passed away 10:38 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 25, 2017) at her home.
Her funeral will be 1p.m. Monday at Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington. The Rev. Jim Warren will officiate. Visitation will be noon to 1p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington.
She was born Nov. 18, 1942, in Bloomington, to Gilbert and Juanita Bryan Alexander. They preceded her in death. She married Roger Harweger on Feb. 12, 1961, in Bloomington. He survives.
She is also survived by her two children, Ginger (James Mixer) Burch and Clint (Beckie) Harweger, all of Bloomington; and four grandchildren, Denell (Jon Koons) Burch, Cristie Harweger, Blake (Grace Hignite) Harweger and Caitlyn Harweger.
Linda worked over 20 years as a self-employed pet supplies saleswoman, retiring in July 2017. She was a former Moose Club member and a 57-year member of First Christian Church, Bloomington. She enjoyed knitting and scrapbooking.
