"A number of our class will soon be heading somewhere that is warmer for the winter so it was decided that getting together before that happened would be a good thing. This took place on 10/20 at Cousins Restaurant in Bloomington. We had 15 attend . Andrea sent along a video of this years Acapella Concert conducted by Miss Selk. This concert was 50 years after she last taught at BHS before she retired. We have again posted the video and you can see and hear this by clicking here. Miss Selk says the next concerts will be in April of 2019 when she will be 98 and 2021 when she will be 100. Now that is making plans!

Hopefully everyone is aware that Verma Lowery Gummerman and Kent have relocated again, this time to Green Valley which is just south of Tuscon, AZ. We just received pictures from February when Ann Rush Van Hook (Fred) and Paul Sennewald (Flora) visited.

Our Website is finally being refreshed - April 10, 2017

So classmates, your webmaster Dave Jones, has to issue an apology to all. For too many months I have allowed travel and house moving to impact the updates to this website. However, much to my surprise, I discovered today that my software still works and I can almost remember how to use it to update the website.

So today I have posted an obituary for classmate Nick Sabins, who passed away in 1995. After some research by several, we have discovered a limited amount of information on Nick and the website has been updated with what we have found. Also posted today was an obituary for Liz Lockhart Klock who passed away this past weekend in Bloomington.

Also, there were some broken links in the B/N information area that have been corrected.

And finally, there are a coupe of pictures of classmates. First is Martha Valentine Carlson, Mary Moran, Judy Kelly Augspurger, Rose Nelson Robeson, Mary Jane Guthrie, and Karen Sperlin at lunch - March 26, 2017 when Mary Moran was visiting. The last update is a picture featuring Suan Guess-Hanson and Lucinda Butler Dohan. Suan was traveling with her daughter on their way to Miami University and had "cocktails, dinner, and a lot of catching up with old times".
